7k Roof Mount. City of WF requires a licensed engineer sign off on roof mounted installations. The weight of a solar array is about the same as another layer of composition shingles. Roof mounts are a last resort for a number of reasons. -
Inverters can be installed at the array or at the service location. Here the inverters are installed at the solar structure. -
ROOF MOUNTED SYSTEM. This system was involved in a hail storm soon after it was installed. The panels were removed so the damaged roof could be replaced. None of the panels were damaged and were re-installed. -
